SPARE Ministries is a Christian Non-profit organization made up of a group of persons
bound together in Christ, whose common interests are helping the poor and needy in our
community.
We dream of a profound change in our community whereby more and
more of the poor and the needy will have assistance as
they work toward getting their lives back on track. We
dream of a revelation of the Lord Jesus Christ in the
hearts, minds and souls of those who will have
assistance as they work toward getting their lives back
on track. We dream of a development of spiritual
maturity and healing taking place in the hearts, minds
and souls of those who will have assistance as they work
toward getting their lives back on track. We dream of
the unbelieving members of our community who enjoy
affluence and contentment seeing the Lord's hand at work
in our ministry, and as a result their lives will be
transformed and their hearts will be conformed to
Christ. We dream of additional chapters of S.P.A.R.E.
emerging in neighboring communities, in neighboring
states, in neighboring nations, that many more will know
Christ, that His Kingdom will be furthered, that He will
become more famous.
GOALS
The strategic goals to realize our mission:
#1 To raise moneys to assist other Christian
ministries who help the poor become self-sufficient in the way
of acquiring and providing the
necessities of life for themselves and their families.
#2 To establish and support a center that
provides Christ-centered therapy and counseling on a
low-cost, and/or sliding scale basis.
#3 To assist our ministry associates however
possible in the way of helping people in the processes
of reconciliation with Christ and with one another.
STEPS
The strategic methods to realize our mission:
#1 To host fund raising events such as classic
car and hotrod shows. This will include the involvement
of existing Christian car and hotrod clubs as well as
organizations comprised of people who might not be
saved.
#2 To host Christian musical concerts and shows
entailing other forms of performing arts. This will
include local venues in operation for the purpose of
Christian gatherings as well as all other possible
venues.
#3 To host golf tournaments locally, and in other
communities, including other states.
